Caprese Salad


  • Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella ball
  • Fresh basil
  • Hunter Valley Olive Co. Premium Mild & Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Hunter Valley Olive Co. Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Preparation

  • Slice the tomatoes & mozzarella about 1/4″ thick and place the pieces on a big platter. Alternate the sliced mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and basil leaves in long rows down the plate.
  • Drizzle with Hunter Valley Olive Co Premium Mild EVOO & Fruity and Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar.
  • Sprinkle torn basil over the top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
